So to that end my boy helped Daddy build a fence to keep them out of a new tree we planted and away from the electricity box because Clyde (the biggest goat) likes to wrap his horns around the main line and run it up and down. He was going to electrocute himself!
So my boy gloved up!! (Stole Daddy's work gloves and put them on himself. .)
And when Mommy told him they were on backwards he looked at them skeptically and shrugged his shoulders and went on with business. . .
Gotta open the fencing roll
Which is harder than it looks!
Shortly after this one he said, "Dad! I know what the problem is!! This is plastic!! I need a real tool!"
And it's always important to follow imaginary instructions. . .
Daddy doesn't mind having a little helper! Even if it takes twice as long to finish the job!! Tons more fun!
Still trying to open that roll!
Finally getting down to some real work!!! Every 3 year old farm boy should know how to drive t-posts!
The tree they are fencing in!
Some photos from around the place!
Some photos from around the place!
Fall has arrived!
Mack and our fish. . .
The new goat protector!! She looks like a linebacker here!! Watch out Mr. Fox! Piper is gunning for you!
And finally. . the shot of the week! lol. Wyatt was cooped up for a few days because of allergies. . .and this is what he did for fun!! No more potty breaks for Mommy!!
That room was spotless less than 5 minutes before this shot. While I was in the restroom I heard crashing and giggling. ..then he met me in the hall way looking a little nervous. . . said "I made a mess Momma!!"
Oh boy!!
Thanks to everyone for the kind words this week and for thinking of us during the loss of Mary. It hasn't been easy. She was like my youngest child. It's hard to raise something everyday of it's life and not be incredibly attached to her. Mary was a special girl and will be greatly missed. Here are some of the last photos taken of our girl. . .
Goodbye my sweet baby Mary. We will miss you.
